Common concerns
What usually stops people.
"Another company installed our plants — will you maintain them?"
Yes. About 40% of our routes are 'rescue' installs from other studios. We audit on the first visit and tell you what's salvageable, no charge.
"We have an in-house facilities team."
Most of our commercial clients keep their in-house team. They do daily watering checks; we handle bi-weekly deep-care, pruning and replacement. The two roles don't overlap.
"What if our needs change?"
Month-to-month after the first 90 days. Scale up, down, pause for renovations, or switch to monthly. No early-exit fees.
"The fine print on 'replacement guaranteed'?"
If a plant we installed dies under normal conditions, we replace it. Damage from clients or staff isn't covered; neither is willful neglect (skipping 3 months of visits). Pretty much everything else, yes.
"Can you maintain my plants while I'm renovating?"
Yes. We transition the install to our nursery for the duration, return it post-renovation in healthier condition. $400/mo while in storage.
"Do you do emergency or after-hours visits?"
Yes. $200 + travel for emergencies in service hours, $400 after hours. We've been called for blocked drainage, broken planters, even allergic guest reactions.
"Will your team enter when I'm not there?"
Only with a written agreement and one named key-holder per route. Background-checked staff. Zero security incidents in 12 years.
"Can you re-plant with different species?"
Yes. Most routes evolve — clients try a piece, like it, ask for more. Re-spec is part of your bi-weekly visit if you want it.
"What does a typical visit look like?"
45–90 minutes depending on size. Watering check, leaf wipe, pruning, light-balance check, soil-health check. You get a photo log after each visit.
"Can I cancel for a renovation?"
Pause anytime after the first 90 days. We hold your route open for 60 days at no cost; longer if you let us know in advance.
"Do you carry insurance?"
$2M general liability + commercial auto, listed in every contract. We can add your venue as additional insured at no cost.
"What if I want to switch studios after a year?"
We transition the install. Free walkthrough for the incoming team, written care guide per species, final invoice on a 30-day net.
"Do you work in high-rise buildings with strict access?"
Yes. We're listed as recurring vendor in 14 condo and office towers across Palm Beach and Miami-Dade. COIs filed in advance.
