Workshops · Boca Raton flagship

Walk out of our Boca Raton flagship with a signed moss panel you made yourself, ready to hang the same day, in a three-hour session.

Three hours at the Boca Raton flagship. We provide the materials, the frame, the tea (and wine on Fridays). You leave with a 30×40 cm Mosscape panel you signed yourself. 12 seats per session — they sell out two weeks ahead.

  • Three hours with Rodolfo or Mariana — what they teach in 180 minutes took 40 years to refine
  • The most Instagrammable Saturday in Boca Raton — every panel leaves the room as a photo
  • Sold out three weeks ahead last cohort — twelve seats per session, intentionally small
  • Hands-on creative work measurably lowers cortisol like a short meditation session
  • Frame, preserved moss, tools, tea (and Friday wine) all included — you leave with a $250 retail piece for $180
  • Designed for pairs, friend groups and corporate off-sites — tables of four to six, room for real conversation
  • Pace set by the slowest hand at the table — no one leaves with an unfinished panel
  • Reschedule up to 72h before at no fee — half refund if you don't love what you made

Is this for you?

Quick fit check.

This is for you if

  • You're looking for a plan with a friend, partner or your mom
  • You'd rather make something than watch a tutorial of it
  • You want a three-hour afternoon, not a six-week course
  • You're giving a gift to someone who already has everything
  • You're booking for yourself, a couple or a corporate team
  • You can come to the Boca Raton flagship in person

Not for you if

  • You want a formal certification (that's our Academy)
  • You expect a 30-person lecture format
  • You can't commit to a specific date in advance
  • You're allergic to moss or plant materials
  • You'd rather watch a tutorial online first
  • You're outside South Florida and can't travel

Common concerns

What usually stops people.

  • "I'm not a designer / I'm not crafty."

Most of our students have never touched preserved moss. That's the point. We walk you through it; you can't really get it wrong.

  • "$180 feels expensive."

You leave with a $250 retail panel. The price includes framing, materials, an hour of Rodolfo's time, and a glass of something.

  • "Can I bring a friend?"

Yes — most people come in pairs. Workshops are designed around tables of 4–6.

  • "I want to do this as a team off-site."

Corporate sessions ($1,500–$2,200) include up to 12 people, off-hours at the flagship, and a custom company moss-panel each guest signs.

  • "How long are the sessions exactly?"

Mosscape and Terrarium are three hours. Botanical drawing is two. We start on time, finish on time.

  • "What if I don't finish my panel?"

Hasn't happened. Everyone leaves with a finished, signed panel. We pace the session to the slowest hand at the table.

  • "Do you do private 1-on-1 sessions?"

Yes. $400 for two hours at the flagship with Rodolfo or Mariana. Booked 3+ weeks ahead.

  • "Can I take photos and post?"

Please do. Tag @thepots.method — we repost the best ones.

  • "Is there parking?"

Town Center Mall has free 4-hour parking. Garage entrance off Glades Road.

  • "Are workshops kid-friendly?"

Ages 12+ welcome with an accompanying adult. Below 12 we run private family sessions — it's a different pace.

  • "Will food or drinks be served?"

Tea, sparkling water, biscuits. Wine on Friday evenings. No meals — there are five restaurants in the mall.

  • "What's the cancellation policy?"

Full refund up to 72 hours before. Within 72 hours we reschedule you to the next available session at no fee.

  • "I have mobility limitations."

The flagship is fully accessible. Workshop tables are standard height; tell us your needs when you book and we adjust.
